Brick is about twenty-five minutes from our Jackson base, and its houses live a harder life than inland ones: salt air, coastal wind and the occasional storm test every roof, window and seal a home has. A lot of Brick's housing also still carries work started after the big storms — houses partly hardened, partly waiting.
That is the work we do here: roofs rebuilt as systems rather than patched, windows and doors replaced and properly flashed against wind-driven rain, and interiors — especially bathrooms — brought back from the humidity that shore houses soak up.
Roofs built for coastal weather
Full tear-offs with ice-and-water shield, sealed flashing and ventilation — the details that decide how a roof handles a nor'easter.
Windows and doors, flashed right
Replacements sealed against wind-driven rain, which is where shore-house leaks actually start.
Bathrooms that handle humidity
Waterproofing, ventilation that actually clears the room, and tile done in the right order.
