Marlboro, about twenty-five minutes from our Jackson base, is a township of substantial nineties colonials — houses built well, at scale, whose original kitchens and bathrooms are now the last dated rooms in otherwise excellent homes.
Marlboro remodels are satisfying because the canvas is generous: kitchens with room for real islands, primary bathrooms big enough for the freestanding tub and the glass shower both, and hallways wide enough that new hardwood running through them actually shows. The scale of our gallery's larger projects fits this town.
Kitchens at colonial scale
Big rooms rebuilt with islands, full-height cabinetry and lighting plans — not just new doors on old boxes.
Primary baths with room to design
Tub and shower both, double vanities, large-format tile — the bathroom the house always had space for.
Hardwood throughout
Original carpet and parquet replaced with continuous hardwood across halls, stairs and living space.
